Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Zariyax (the "Platform"), operated by Zariyax. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zariyax. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@qarihub.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Zariyax reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Qari Profiles

If you register as a Qari on Zariyax, you agree that:

All information in your profile is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
You hold any qualifications, certifications, or Ijazahs you claim in your profile.
You will respond to hire requests in a timely and professional manner.
You will not engage in any discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour toward clients.
Zariyax may verify your profile and has the right to remove or suspend profiles that contain false information.

4. Client Conduct

If you use Zariyax to hire a Qari, you agree to:

Contact Qaris with respectful and appropriate communication.
Honour commitments you make when sending hire requests.
Not submit false, defamatory, or malicious reviews of any Qari.
Not attempt to circumvent the Platform by taking contact off-platform to avoid fees.

5. Sponsored Profiles

Zariyax offers optional paid sponsorship for Qari profiles. When you purchase a sponsorship plan:

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Zariyax does not store card details.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once the sponsored period has begun.
Sponsorship is subject to admin approval. If your request is rejected, you will receive a full refund.
Zariyax may disable the sponsorship feature at any time without prior notice.
Sponsored placement does not guarantee hires or specific search rankings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Zariyax for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Post content that is false, defamatory, harassing, abusive, obscene, or discriminatory.
Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from Zariyax.
Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
Spam other users with unsolicited messages or requests.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Zariyax — including but not limited to logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Zariyax or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By uploading content (profile photos, videos, bio) to Zariyax, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zariyax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not endorse or verify the qualifications of any Qari beyond what is visible on their profile. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zariyax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zariyax in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Zariyax at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision above. Your continued use of Zariyax after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
